MBA 525 - Statistics for Healthcare Administration

Teaches students to use Microsoft Excel to perform statistical analysis of operational data critical for the management of complex medical systems. Focuses on using statistics in common healthcare databases, allowing the administrator to assess and analyze data. Topics include how to effectively graph and summarize datasets and inferential data, including the appropriate use of Chi- square, t-test, analysis of variance and correlation.
