LAW 307 - Business Organizations and Practice 3 Credits
Students are introduced to the substantive law of business entities including sole proprietorships, general and limited partnerships, and corporations. Subjects covered include the application of substantive law to incorporation procedure, partnership agreements, general corporation maintenance, corporate capitalization, financing, and corporate changes such as mergers, amendments, and dissolutions. Prerequisites: LAW 101 or LAW 204 strongly recommended.
