EQU 435 - Independent Study

3 Credits

This course allows students to engage in independent work in a specialty focus area, tying research-based knowledge to advanced professional practice. The student will develop a learning plan under advisement and complete a supervised course of study within the specialty. Work product documenting the learning in this course will reflect the type of study undertaken and will include a summative presentation reviewing the experience.
Prerequisites: EQU 311 and one Equine elective course at the 300-400 level.
