ENG 262 - Multicultural Voices in Literature


3 Credits

In this course, students will explore works from a variety of literary voices across multiple cultures, including those voices traditionally absent from mainstream culture. Areas of focus within the course will include contemporary writers whose essays, poems, plays, or works of fiction facilitate important discussions about identity and expression. The course will also explore how topics of race, culture, and gender are related to literary representation.
Prerequisites: ENG 130 .
