The Graduate Certificate in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program from Post University offers the tools students could use to help prevent, manage, and control outbreaks and the spread of infectious diseases in health settings.
Coursework for your certificate in infection prevention and control is designed to help you build the foundation of insights and practical skills necessary to:
- Apply principles of epidemiology to environmental assessment of risk.
- Plan a comprehensive infection prevention and control program.
- Propose a surveillance system.
- Interpret infection control data.
This program is not designed to fulfill the educational requirements for any licensure or certification. Post University does not speak on behalf of any licensing board or body but does assist students in understanding licensure requirements.
