September 27, 2022 - Updated bullets three and four in the Student Complaint Policy to:
Step Three
If the student is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Director of Dean of Students, the concern should be addressed in writing to the Provost or the Vice President who will address the concern promptly and may request to meet or speak by phone with the student. They will communicate the final decision to all concerned.

Step Four
If the complaint is not answered to the student's satisfaction, the student should send a written complaint to Kimber Summers, Chief Regulatory Officer and General Counsel [email protected] who will review the documentation and provide the University's determination within seven (7) business days.
