CRJ 305 - Community Policing

This course provides a contemporary perspective to Community Policing. This course will emphasize the role of the police officer in being proactive instead of reactive as well as a shift from traditional policing to more innovative community-based policing models. The course will focus on discretion, ethical awareness, and social responsibility.
