N 715PE - Quality Management Techniques

In this course, learners will reflect on current quality initiatives and build organizational plans that incorporate the fundamentals of organizational change theory and theories of human behavior. This course focuses on the use of technology and data analytics to manage large-scale initiatives. The focus is on the generation and analysis of meaningful use data during the project life cycle. This course includes 30 hours of practice experience activities.
