N 712PE - Advanced Assessment in Education

This course focuses on the role of the nurse leader in the advanced assessment and evaluation of student performance and nursing curricula in the academic or institutional setting. Students will examine various methods of assessment, including systematic plans of curricular evaluation, formative and summative evaluations of student performance, and various tools that measure specific course and programmatic outcomes.  This course includes 30 hours of practice experience activities.
Prerequisites: N 765PE.
