N 570PE-CBE - Infection Prevention and Control

This course explores the roles and responsibilities of the infection prevention and control professional. Students will perform a detailed risk assessment and develop infection control policies and procedures for dealing with internal infection and the influx of patients with communicable diseases. This course includes 45 hours of practice experience activities. 
Prerequisites: BIO 501-CBE .
