N 544PE-CBE - Life Care Planning

This course examines the financial and ethical aspects of life care planning related to disease management, coordination of care, and the process of identifying long-term care for vulnerable populations. It examines patients with congenital complications, chronic illness, or complex injuries across the lifespan. This course includes 45 hours of practice experience activities.
