N 543PE-CBE - Case Management and Evidence-Based Practice

This course focuses on the process of evidence-based nursing case management patient care. It examines the role of the case manager as patient advocate and the incorporation of evidence-based care. Topics include the identification of patient care innovations, implementation of the care, data collection of patient outcomes, and evaluation of the outcomes for continued care or revised care. This course includes 45 hours of practice experience activities.
