This course reviews the topic of human resource management. Human resource management addresses the challenge of recruiting, motivating, and retaining key individuals in healthcare delivery and administrative roles. Topics, such as the strategic role of human resources, and hiring, motivating, appraising, retaining, and releasing employees, are discussed. This course includes 15 hours of practice experience activities.
