The course explores the critical role leadership plays in the sustainable success of contemporary healthcare organizations. Students will learn the components of effective leadership, how to build teams within a culturally diverse workplace, and how to build, motivate and lead high-reliability organizations. This course includes 45 hours of practice experience activities.
