LAW 105 - Estate Administration and Probate Practice

Students learn the role that wills, trusts, and powers-of-attorney appointments play in the management of personal assets. Additionally, students become familiar with the procedures employed to open, manage, and close decedents' estates. Other topics include the role of the fiduciary, intestacy, and long-term care.
Prerequisites: LAW 101.
