HRM 307 - Compensation and Benefits 3 Credits
This course focuses on the strategic choices in managing compensation. Major compensation issues are discussed in the contest of current theory, research, and practice. Students will explore the issues that influence the determination of compensation and benefits in an organization, the design of the various forms of compensation and benefits, and how organizations manage the compensation system. Prerequisites: HRM 201 .
