EMH 380 - Crisis Decision Making

This course presents a practical exploration of principles and best practices used in decision-making during crises, emergencies, and disaster events. Biases and common errors made during the decision-making process will be examined. Factors and conditions that impact leadership decisions, including ethical considerations, will be identified and analyzed. Further, case studies will be used to evaluate leadership decisions made during historic disaster events.
