Students pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Leadership will gain knowledge and skills in leading and managing and learn how to manage complexity in organizations. Students also will learn how to apply ethical values, beliefs, and behaviors to decision-making for socially responsible and diverse organizations. Students will explore and discover their leadership qualities through the study of academic models and assessments. This Graduate Certificate augments knowledge gained by students in a bachelor's or master's degree program and aids in career advancement in their chosen field.
