BUS 672 - Economic Analysis for Decision-Making

3 Credits

The Economic Analysis for Decision-Making course is an immersion in microeconomics at the heart of how small and medium businesses compete. This is to provide a working knowledge of the analytical tools that bear most directly on the economic decisions these companies must regularly make. Students will examine the behavior of individual markets - and the producers and consumers that sell and buy in those markets - in some detail, focusing on cost analysis, the determinants of market demand, pricing strategy, market power, and the implications of government regulatory policies.
Prerequisites: BUS 522 BUS 528 .
