BIO 400 - Genomics 3 Credits
A genome is the sum of all your DNA and contains the information needed to build and maintain an organism. This course introduces functional genomics and genomic malfunction. Course topics include genomic variations, regulation, analysis, and health applications. Social, legal, and ethical impacts resulting from advances in genomics are also explored. Prerequisites: BIO 143 , BIO 144 , and MAT 220 .
