MGT 450 - Seminar in Management

3 Credits

This course serves as the Management capstone enabling students to integrate and apply the techniques learned throughout the program of study. Students will analyze organizations' business strategies, examine frameworks for strategic planning, and enhance their ability to be a strategic leader. Integrated in the course are the concepts of organizational culture and structure, diversity, equity, inclusion and action (DEI&A) and employee motivation.
Prerequisites: Senior standing in the School of Business or permission of the Academic Department.
