The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is designed for experienced business leaders and academics to build upon and enhance their skills. Through applied research and analysis of real-world management issues, students will have the opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge essential for senior-level of management. Our online DBA program further emphasizes the application of research to develop strategies and tactics for solving organizational problems. Students will learn to create and execute solutions that are effective and ethical. The DBA at Post University will offer students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, explore emerging business technologies while gaining real world experience through mentorship from experienced professors.

Dissertation in Practice

Students who enroll in the Doctor of Business Administration program who have not earned a bachelor's or master's degree in business must take BUS 701 Business Essentials. This course is designed as a foundation for developing essential business knowledge and skills. It will be waived for students who have previously earned a bachelor's or master's degree in business.
Zero-credit writing courses will be incorporated into the first three core courses. Zero-credit research courses will be incorporated into research courses.
