HRM 201 - Human Resource Management 3 Credits
This course includes concepts and analysis of crucial responsibilities common to human resource practice. Students will explore ethics, talent management, diversity, compensation, employment law and strategic development in the context of human resource functions. Through analysis, students will apply theory to common practices of the human resource profession.
Prerequisites: MGT 105 .
