BUS 211 - Baldrige Principles and Introduction to Quality Standards

This course provides an exploration of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, a widely recognized model for improving organizational performance and achieving sustainable results. Students will learn about the core values and concepts underlying the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, including leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, workforce engagement, and operational effectiveness. The course also explores the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion and workforce readiness.
Prerequisites: MGT 105.
