BIO 120 - Concepts of Biology 3 Credits
This course explores the fundamental principles of biology while emphasizing scientific literacy and critical thinking. Students will develop the skills to analyze scientific information, evaluate evidence, and make informed decisions about socioscientific issues. Through the study of biochemistry, cell biology, anatomy, physiology, genetics, evolution, biodiversity, and ecology, students will gain a deeper understanding of how biological advancements shape society and impact their daily lives.
