MGT 203 - Foundations of Leadership

3 Credits

This course will further student's knowledge of leadership concepts. It will focus on psychological methods used to influence others as well as defenses against those tools of influence. It will also challenge participants to recognize the personal practices and habits that help develop strong leaders. Students will gain an overview of how to develop business leadership, effective communication, team cohesion, strategic planning, and vision. Students will also develop an appreciation for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Action (DEI&A).
