CRJ 335 - Prisoners' Rights 3 Credits
This course is a comprehensive study of the history and development of the Constitutional rights of prisoners, including an overview of the judicial system, application of administrative law, issuance of punishment and overall privileges as it relates to the treatment of offenders in corrections. Prerequisites: CRJ 103 .
