CRJ 220 - Police Line Supervision

The student is introduced to the basics of supervision of line police personnel. The focus is on particular issues faced in supervising police officers, including training, discipline, counseling, and evaluation. There will be an emphasis on diversity and inclusion within the police department and the community along with interpersonal communications and leadership in the police field.
