This course offers an exploration of the core principles of effective organizational operations and explains how they can be used to tackle healthcare-specific trends and challenges, such as increases in costs, uneven gaps in quality of care, and opportunities for emerging technologies. Through an integrated approach, the course provides a basic understanding of operations management and shares strategies for applying advanced process improvement programs, tools, and techniques in healthcare.
