BIO 330L - Molecular Biology Lab

This course is the main campus laboratory companion to BIO 330 Molecular Biology. Hands-on activities are used to deepen student learning of molecular biology techniques and applications. Laboratory activities include nucleic acid isolation and purification, PCR, gel electrophoresis, ELISA, and cloning. Students will perform various molecular techniques and analyze and interpret experimental results.
Prerequisites or Co-requisites: BIO 330.
Laboratory fee required.
